White
Bric Varomaldo
By Generaj, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
Roero Arneis from the Sterlotti vineyard, whose label shows a moon with an unusual face reflecting the introverted character of the Arneis grape. 13.5 to 14% ABV.
Tasting notes
Straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections, full-bodied. Broad nose of broom flower and peach with hints of mint. Corresponding palate with a savoury, mineral note, persistent.
Pairs well with
Fish dishes, delicate starters, gratinated vegetables, fresh cheeses.
