Tasting notes
Straw-yellow colour with golden reflections, full-bodied. Broad nose of broom flower and peach with hints of mint. Corresponding palate with a savoury, mineral note, persistent.
Pairs well with
Fish and white meat dishes, delicate starters, gratinated vegetables, fresh cheeses.
