- Vinification
- Red winemaking. 6-7 days of fermentation in steel tanks with frequent pumping over, at controlled temperature, then malolactic fermentation in sheltered rooms. Aged 1 year in French oak barriques and at least 1 year in bottle; to be drunk within 7-8 years.
