Red
Barbera d'Alba
By Fratelli Savigliano, Langhe, Piemonte, Italy
A fruity, young-drinking Barbera from the west-facing vineyard (14% vol on the 2023 sheet).
Tasting notes
Intense, bright ruby. Ripe fruit with plum and blackberry. Good structure, moderate acidity, no tannins, fresh.
Pairs well with
Red meat dishes with a good fat content, not too elaborate. A wine for the whole meal.
