An elegant, delicate white with fruity and floral notes, made from 100% Favorita and kept in steel (13% vol on the 2023 sheet).
Tasting notes
Pale straw, not intense. Fruity with peach, floral with acacia and broom notes. Dry, fresh, moderate acidity, soft.
Pairs well with
Starters, fish dishes, undemanding dishes, aperitifs.

- Vinification
- White winemaking. The skins stay in contact with the must for a few hours; after racking, alcoholic fermentation finishes in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Aged in steel, to be drunk within 1 year of bottling.
