Tasting notes
Intense ruby. Fruity aromas of cherry, blackberry and redcurrant. Dry, pleasant, very low acidity, almond finish.

A food wine: meat starters, first courses, simple dishes, cured meats, medium-aged cheeses.

- Red winemaking. 6-7 days of alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks with frequent pumping over; malolactic fermentation in barrels in sheltered rooms. Bottled in February-March and rested at least 2 months in bottle; to be drunk within 2 years.
