Nebbiolo from the estate's historic vineyards, aged in large oak and then in bottle (15% vol on the 2022 sheet).
Tasting notes
Ruby, more or less deep, with garnet reflections as it ages. Delicate violet scent that deepens with age. Moderately tannic, full, well structured, harmonious.
Pairs well with
Elaborate red meat dishes, aged cheeses, elaborate first courses.

- Vinification
- Red winemaking with 10-11 days of fermentation. After racking, malolactic fermentation in sheltered, closed rooms, followed by several rackings. Aged 18 months in oak barrels (2022 sheet); to be drunk within 7-8 years of bottling. Grapes come from the estate's historic vineyards.
