Piemonte Grignolino

By Fratelli Savigliano, Langhe, Piemonte, Italy

Fratelli Savigliano Piemonte Grignolino

A Grignolino the producer describes as "not the usual one": little tannin, fruity, low acidity, best drunk young (13.5% vol).

Tasting notes

Light ruby. Delicate fruity aromas. Moderately dry and pleasant, with very low acidity and tannins thanks to the soil.

Pairs well with

A food wine: starters, first courses, simple dishes, cured meats, medium-aged cheeses.
