By Fratelli Savigliano, Langhe, Piemonte, Italy

Fratelli Savigliano Autin Gross

Dolcetto from the oldest vineyard, whose small bunches are picked later, giving great structure (15% vol on the 2023 sheet).

Tasting notes

Intense ruby. Fruity aromas of cherry. Soft, full-bodied, very low acidity; a wine of great structure and high alcohol.

Pairs well with

Fairly elaborate dishes, game, lean meats.
