Rosé
Rosa d'Elsa
By Dogliotti 1870, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
A Vino Rosato made from dark-skinned grapes with a small percentage of Moscato Bianco, aged on fine lees in steel for about a year.
Tasting notes
Light pink with copper reflections. Delicate and refined on the nose, with red fruit notes alongside hints of white fruit reminiscent of peach. Elegant, balanced and fresh on the palate, with red fruit notes, good sapidity and acidity on the finish, and good body. Recommended in a small glass.
Pairs well with
Excellent with starters, light first courses, white meats and fish dishes.
