A classic-method Alta Langa DOCG from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay, spending 48 months on the lees, Extra Brut.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with golden reflections. Fine, persistent perlage. Complex on the nose, with notes ranging from bread crust to yeast, alongside some floral notes. Sapid, intense and rich on the palate, with good acidity. Recommended in a not-too-wide glass.
Pairs well with
Ideal as an aperitif, pairs with shellfish and fish dishes, starters and first courses.
