A single-vineyard Moscato d'Asti DOCG from Vigna Barletta, the Dogliotti family's oldest plot, named in its honour.
Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Persistent, fine perlage and mousse. Intense and delicate on the nose, a mix of fruity notes (yellow peach and apricot), aromatic notes (the musky aroma typical of Moscato Bianco grapes) and floral notes (orange blossom, wisteria and linden). Sweet, soft, fresh, aromatic and lightly effervescent on the palate. Recommended in a coupe.
Pairs well with
A dessert wine, pairs very well with fresh and dry pastries, baked goods, custard-filled pastries, Christmas and Easter sweets, ice cream and fresh fruit desserts.
