A Chardonnay led by a small addition of Sauvignon Blanc, named for the Lunaria Annua plant and continuing a Chardonnay tradition in Monferrato that dates to the late 1700s.
Tasting notes
Appearance: bright, pale straw yellow with platinum highlights. Nose: fresh exotic fruit, herbs, white flowers and citrus. Palate: fine savouriness and aromatic character, with hints of apple, white flowers, citrus and exotic fruit.
Pairs well with
Appetisers, fresh and medium-aged cheeses, first courses, salads and seafood.
