A limited-edition Barbera made only in the best years, hand-harvested from the Vigna Mandoletta, the family estate's MGA cru, and farmed under a double sustainability regime.
Tasting notes
Appearance: deep ruby red. Nose: ripe red fruit and jam, hay, chocolate, pepper, vanilla berries. Palate: softly envelops the whole palate, with very long persistence and a fresh finish supported by rich alcohol.
Pairs well with
Risotto, roasts, braised meats, game, mature and blue cheeses.
