The first Metodo Classico produced in the Monferrato Casalese, made from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay and aged sur lie in the estate's underground caves for a minimum of 48 months.
Tasting notes
Appearance: brilliant golden straw yellow, with fine, persistent perlage. Nose: citrus aromas of tangerine and yuzu, with jasmine, exotic fruit, limestone and fresh lees. Palate: harmonious and richly perlant, citrus notes alongside sapidity and hints of bread crust and leavened pastry.
Pairs well with
From aperitifs to shellfish in bearnaise sauce, vegetable pasta dishes, roast fish, white meats and flavourful cheeses.
