A rich, French-inspired Chardonnay dedicated to Madame Genevieve Gavine, a 19th-century actress linked by family legend to Villa Mandoletta, today the family home.
Tasting notes
Appearance: intense straw yellow with golden reflections. Nose: intense, elegant aromas of spices, honey, black figs, yellow peach and hazelnuts. Palate: persistent, delicate hints of vanilla, honey, hazelnuts, yellow peach and black figs, with good drinkability, freshness and ageing potential.
Pairs well with
Gourmet fish and meat dishes, rich risotto and blue cheeses.

- Vinification
- Careful selection of the best grapes, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation of the free-run must in temperature-controlled stainless steel up to 7-8% alcohol. Completes fermentation in first- and second-passage French barriques, refined in the same wood with roulage for 12 months, then rests in bottle for at least 6 months.
