Sparkling
Le Cave Mandoletta
By Castello di Uviglie, Monferrato, Piemonte, Italy
The youngest of the estate's Metodo Classico wines, a Pinot Nero and Chardonnay blend aged 24 months in the underground caves, named for the family home and the local tradition of almond growing.
Tasting notes
Appearance: brilliant straw yellow, with fine, persistent perlage. Nose: white fruit with elegant hints of croissant and bread crust. Palate: ethereal perlage and exciting drinkability, a citrus medley with floral notes, exotic fruit, banana and white tea alongside the softness of croissant.
