Canavese Nebbiolo from moraine hills, aged 12 months in French oak.
Tasting notes
Garnet with the orange reflections typical of Nebbiolo. Aromas of cinnamon and eastern spices with liquorice, violet and undergrowth. A dynamic palate with gentle tannins, and a warm finish of gianduja.
Pairs well with
A game board, mountain mocetta, speck or good salted beef. Also tagliatelle with game sauce, grilled lamb chops, fillet in red wine, or polenta and chamois.

- Guyot; vines 10-15 years old; 320-330 m a.s.l.
- Vinification
- Hand-harvested in crates. Destemmed and crushed, fermented for 20 days on the skins with selected yeasts at a controlled 26-28 C, then softly pressed and aged 12 months in French oak barrels. Bottled in summer, then at least 6 months in bottle.
