Cantine Crosio Canavese Rosso

Canavese Rosso DOC from red-berried grapes, fermented 7 days on the skins and aged 3-4 months in steel.

Tasting notes

True ruby red. Winey aromas recalling cherry in every form, from fresh to jam, and freshly cut cherry wood. Freshness and easy drinkability on the palate.

Pairs well with

A snack wine with bread, salami and toma. Good with osteria-style first courses, agnolotti in roast gravy, pork ribs, cotechino and grilled sausage.
