Agricola Sulin Voulet

Voulet is a lightly sparkling, sweet dessert wine made from Casorzo Malvasia, an indigenous grape grown only around Casorzo and nearby towns. Its characteristic bouquet recalls roses.

Tasting notes

Ruby red toward cherry red. Scented, fruity and floral aroma dominated by rose. Sweet, fresh and delicate, retaining the flavor of freshly pressed must.

Pairs well with

Pastry and desserts in general, fruit salads (especially peaches), cream ice creams. Also good as part of an aperitif.

Fermented at controlled temperature in refrigerated stainless steel, kept on the skins for one to two days, then racked off and lightly carbonated in autoclave at 0°C; bottled in December.

Storage
Store bottles horizontally, away from light, in a cool environment. Best drunk within a year and a half, up to two years at most.
