Agricola Sulin Me Paìs

Me Paìs, Piedmontese for my country, is Sulin's classic method sparkling wine made from an ancient white grape variety native to Piedmont, aged around 36 months on the lees plus a further 6 months in bottle after disgorgement.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Intense aroma with varietal notes. Balanced, very pleasant and complex on the palate, well structured, with pleasant acidity.

Pairs well with

Excellent as an aperitif for special occasions and with fish dishes; also pairs well with elaborate dishes.
