Agricola Sulin Brasal

Brasal is a 100 percent Grignolino made as part of the Monferace association's project to revive long aged Grignolino, macerated 15-20 days and aged 24 months in tonneaux plus 16 months in bottle.

Tasting notes

Ruby with garnet hues. Elegant, spicy and persistent bouquet with hints of violet. Soft and persistent tannins with a delicate, round structure.

Pairs well with

First courses and especially braised or roasted meats.

Storage
Store bottles horizontally, away from light, in a cool environment. This vintage has an important density and is suited to aging for more than 10 years.
