Agricola Sulin Balon

Balon revives Baratuciàt, a nearly abandoned native white grape saved through a Piedmont Region biodiversity project; Sulin planted its first Baratuciàt vineyard in 2019 as part of its native grape research.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow with hints tending toward greenish. Fresh aroma with notes of apple and tropical fruit. Good structure with marked acidity, full bodied, balanced and energetic on the palate.

Pairs well with

As an aperitif or with fish dishes, first courses and delicate white meats.
