Agricola Sulin Robinia

A barrel fermented Piemonte Chardonnay DOC, aged three months on the lees in a large local oak cask before bottling, giving it notable complexity and aging potential. An extra-aged reserve is also released under the estate's Memoriae label.

Tasting notes

Deep straw colored with delicate greenish reflections, bright. Intense bouquet with floral and herbal scents. Dry and pleasant on the palate with fruity notes, notable complexity and character.

Pairs well with

Starters, fish dishes, eggs, herbal omelettes, soups, risotto.

Soft pressing of the grapes, must fermented in a 2,500 L oak barrel made of local Monferrato wood at controlled temperature, left on the lees for a further 3 months, then bottled the following January or February.

Storage
Store bottles horizontally, away from light, in a cool environment. Can be aged 4-5 years thanks to its barrel vinification.
