A traditional Grignolino Monferrato Casalese DOC made from 100% Grignolino, fermented with daily pumping over and indigenous yeasts, vinified and stored in steel to preserve the variety's typical tannins, body and elegance.
Tasting notes
Pale ruby red, gaining an orangey tone with age. Delicate, persistent and pleasant bouquet reminiscent of roses. Dry, pleasant and fresh on the palate with a gently robust body and slightly noticeable tannins.
Pairs well with
Meat starters and mild first courses.
