A dry, classic-method Nebbiolo rosé sparkling from the San Rocco vineyards in Alba, 18 months in bottle before disgorgement.
Tasting notes
Abundant mousse and a fine, persistent perlage. Pale onion-skin colour with golden highlights. Bouquet rich in rose and dried flowers, dried fruit and bread crust, with a plum note at higher temperatures. Full, harmonious and particularly savoury on the palate.

- Vinification
- Nebbiolo grapes are crushed whole in a pneumatic press with protection from oxidation. After a few hours of skin maceration the free-run must ferments in stainless steel at 16 °C for at least 6 months. Bottled for the second fermentation in April after harvest, then 18 months in bottle before disgorgement.
