White
Canorei
By Tenuta Carretta, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
A Roero Arneis Riserva from Canorei, a cru monopole, aged in tonneau on the lees and then in bottle.
Tasting notes
Deep straw yellow with golden highlights. Aromas of vanilla, white flowers, honey and exotic fruit. Warm and enveloping in the mouth, with acidity that gives freshness and persistence.
Pairs well with
A wine to enjoy throughout the meal, from appetizers to risotto, white meats and fresh or medium-ripe cheeses.
