A pure Chardonnay Alta Langa in the Extra Brut style, from the Airali hillside at about 600 m in Cissone, aged at least 30 months on the lees.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. Distinctive and intense aroma with delicate notes of bread crust and white flowers. Savoury on the palate, with pleasant acidity and a mineral note.

- Vinification
- Whole grapes go into a pneumatic press; after the free-run juice is removed, the must from later pressings ferments at 18 °C for the base wine. Bottled for the second fermentation in March after harvest and aged on the lees for at least 30 months; the liqueur d'expédition is added at disgorgement.
