The estate's Roero Riserva from its Bric Paradiso Nebbiolo plot, at least 18 months in oak and 12 in bottle.

Tasting notes

Deep ruby red with garnet hues. Intense aromas of red fruits, black pepper, spices and liquorice. Balanced between structure, elegance and pleasantness, with a persistent mineral finish.

Pairs well with

Excellent with hearty, preferably meat main courses, charcuterie and medium-aged cheeses.

Vinification
Fermentation with 10 to 12 days of maceration at 28 °C, then at least 18 months in oak tonneau. The wine moves to steel tanks and is bottled, where it ages at least another 12 months.
