Tenuta Carretta Airali Brut

An Alta Langa Brut from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in Cissone, aged at least 36 months on the yeasts.

Tasting notes

Intense yellow with golden highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. Typical, intense aroma with marked notes of bread crust, nuts, dried figs and honey. Soft and savoury on the palate, agreeable and harmonious, with excellent structure.

Pairs well with

Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with fish dishes, pasta, risotto and fresh cheeses.
