A Langhe Rosso DOC blend of Nebbiolo, Barbera and Merlot from the Cru Canova, aged 36 months in French oak tonneaux, with an annual production of about 900 bottles.

Tasting notes

Ruby red with violet reflections. Great fullness with hints of violet, currant, toasted hazelnuts. Homogeneous, elegant palate with thickness and an almond-like finish.

Medium and high aged cheeses, cured meats, red meat, game

Soft crushing, alcoholic fermentation at 30 degrees with maceration of about 10 days; malolactic fermentation in steel, then 36 months aging in French oak tonneaux; further 30 days in steel before bottling. Suitable for celiacs, vegans, vegetarians.
