Tasting notes
Bright, lively garnet. Bouquet of great personality with spirit-macerated fruit, spice, licorice root, ginger and the classic mineral, dusty nuances typical of Barbaresco, with a mentholated finish. Rich, full and round palate with elegant, fine tannins, a light acidic note and a persuasive character.
Pairs well with
Red meats, game
