Ressia Carpevinum

A rose made by the saignee method from the same Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Vigna Canova 2020 fruit, conceived as a bridge between the estate's whites and reds for warmer months.

Tasting notes

Deep, intense cherry pink color. Notable aromatic power with floral and fruity notes and mineral hints typical of some Dolcetto expressions, plus balsamic, herbal nuances on aeration. Full-bodied palate, persistent and deep finish with a light, pleasant almond note. 15.5% ABV, described by the producer as slender and clean despite the alcohol level.
