Red
Luigi Einaudi
By Poderi Luigi Einaudi, Dogliani, Piemonte, Italy
A blend of Cabernet, Merlot, Barbera and Nebbiolo made since 1997 to celebrate the centenary of the estate.
Tasting notes
Deep garnet red with an enveloping nose of stewed plum and blackcurrant over a vanilla base. Good body and tannic structure, with intense fruit and spice flavours. An international-style character.
