Tasting notes
Elegant garnet red with persistent fruity aroma, good body, pleasant even young. Red-fruit notes of redcurrant and cassis with hints of spice on the finish.

- Vinification
- Ferments in steel and concrete tanks with temperature control (28 C), drawn off after about 8 to 10 days, racked, malolactic completed. Moved to oak for ageing and full maturation, then further refined in bottle.
