Pietro Rinaldi Bricco Cicchetta

Bricco Cicchetta is Pietro Rinaldi's Barbera d'Alba Superiore DOC from an old vineyard of the same name in Madonna di Como, more than 50 years old.

Tasting notes

Intense, almost dark ruby red with violet reflections. Intense nose of ripe fruit, hints of spices, licorice and vanilla. Develops texture and power on the palate, with notes of ripe cherries, berries and mineral notes, and a long, persistent finish.

Pairs well with

Bollito misto alla piemontese (mixed boiled meats), braised beef and tagliolini pasta with mushroom sauce; robust dishes of Italian cooking.
