Alfi is Pietro Rinaldi's rosé made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes from the Roero DOCG area, village of Montaldo Roero.
Tasting notes
Pink gold with orange glare. Intense nose of red fruits, peach and apricot. Fruity and refreshing, medium bodied, slightly dry and quite persistent.
Pairs well with
Enjoyable on its own as an aperitivo, or paired with grilled fish, seafood or soft fresh cheese.

- Single cane Guyot pruning; yield of 8000 kg/ha
- Vinification
- Grapes harvested and sorted by hand, gently pressed to extract free-run juice and light color. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 18°C for 8-10 days, no malolactic fermentation. Aged about 3-4 months on light lees, stirred weekly, then transferred a couple of times, filtered and bottled.
