Barolo DOCG from the Monvigliero cru in Verduno, aged 18 months in large oak casks plus at least 6-8 months in bottle.
Tasting notes
Bright ruby red with cardinal red reflections. Intense perfumes of mature fruits, blackberries and prunes. A very elegant and complex Barolo with gentle tannins and a fresh, long finish.
Pairs well with
Dishes of the Piemontese tradition, braised beef, wild boar.

- Pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 10-12 days at 26-30°C, several rackings and malolactic fermentation, then moved to oak: aged 18 months in large oak casks and at least 6-8 months in bottle, resting horizontally before release.
