A single vineyard Barbaresco Riserva from the Castellizzano MGA in Treiso, a gently sloping, almost flat cru facing towards Neive, with a yield of 50 hl per hectare.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red colour with garnet reflections that intensify with ageing, intense and complex aroma with hints of coffee and cocoa and ripe red fruit. Good structure with soft tannins and marked acidity.
Pairs well with
Recommended with savoury dishes, grilled meat, game and cheese.
