Pertinace Alta Langa

A white sparkling wine made with the traditional (Champenois) method from the estate's own Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow colour, aromatic bouquet with notes of honey and bread crust. Harmonious, savoury taste with an almond finish and soft effervescence.

Pairs well with

A fine aperitif, also good with Piedmontese antipasti, risotto, white meat and fish.
