La Tradizione is Montalbera's entry level Ruche di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG, made from Ruche grapes and aged only in stainless steel to keep the variety's floral, fruity character.
Tasting notes
Gaudy red with slight purple reflections when young, tending to garnet after fining. Intense, persistent, aromatic and fruit forward on the nose with hints of rose petals and violets in the first years, developing spicy notes over time. Warm on the palate, balanced, good body and slightly tannic.
