Calypsos Rose is a Piemonte DOC Rosato made by direct pressing of black grapes with a brief skin contact and fermentation as a white wine.
Tasting notes
Antique pink. Persistent and intense nose with typical hints of fresh fruit and evident notes of rose petals. Smooth, full-bodied and balanced palate with good structure and persistence.

- Traditional vinification in rose: short contact between must and skins with immediate separation, then fermentation in white at 12 to 13 degrees. Maturation in stainless steel tanks.
