Calypsos Timorasso is Montalbera's Colli Tortonesi DOC Timorasso Derthona, a mineral, structured white outside the winery's home Monferrato zone.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow. Persistent and intense nose with typical notes of mature quince, hazelnut, almond, flint and graphite. Smooth, balanced, full-bodied palate with good structure and persistence.
