Alta Langa is Montalbera's Millesime Pas Dose sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir under the Alta Langa DOCG regulations, aged 36 months on the lees.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine, persistent and balanced bouquet with hints of candied fruit and brioche bread. Fine and persistent perlage, perfectly linked to the wine's structure. Fresh, creamy, intense and elegant on the palate with pleasant acidity, followed by a persistent flavour.

- Sparkling wine obtained from the soft pressing of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes according to the Alta Langa production regulations. Aged for 36 months on its own yeasts in temperature-controlled environments. Disgorgement carried out using only wine from the same cuvee for topping up.
