Massolino - Vigna Rionda Margheria

First made in 1985, Margheria draws its character from calcareous, sandier soil than the estate's other Serralunga crus.

Tasting notes

Deep garnet red. Ethereal bouquet with spice, tobacco and brushwood, plus mineral notes. Classic and harmonious on the palate, tannic when young, an unmistakable "Nebbiolo of Serralunga".

Pairs well with

Pairs with rich dishes such as roast red meats or game stew, and medium-mature to mature cheeses.
