Langhe Riesling

Grown at 530 m in Monforte d'Alba, Massolino's Langhe DOC Riesling has been made since 2017, partly aged in terracotta amphorae.
Tasting notes
Dull straw yellow of varying intensity. Petrol and mineral scents with fresh fruit when young. Vertical and savoury on the palate, with marked acidity and a long finish.
Pairs well with
Excellent with fish, especially molluscs and shellfish, and pairs well with white meat and goat's milk cheeses.
