Red
Dolcetto d'Alba
By Massolino - Vigna Rionda, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
Massolino's Dolcetto d'Alba DOC draws exceptional structure from the soils of Serralunga, made since 1896 in a smoother, rounder style.
Tasting notes
Bright ruby red with deep purplish hues. Fresh, fruity, sweet and elegant perfumes. Expansive, warm entry with a rich, concentrated character and a lingering finish.
Pairs well with
Ideal through a Langa meal: cured meats and cheeses, starters other than fish, sliced meats, pasta, rice, soup and grilled red meats.
