A sweet, lightly sparkling Brachetto d'Acqui from the amphitheatre-shaped, south-facing Pineto vineyard in Strevi.
Tasting notes
Medium-intensity ruby red leaning to rosé. Delicate aroma of rose, raspberry and red fruit. Sweet, soft palate, fresh, with persistent foam.
Pairs well with
Strawberries, red berries, chocolate desserts and fruit tarts; also worth trying with spiced or Asian dishes, and cured meats.

- Grapes hand-selected and hand-picked; after pressing, 2-3 days of skin maceration for colour and aroma, then the must is clarified off the skins and aged in steel tanks at 0°C, with alcoholic fermentation stopped by filtration at 5% alcohol. Alcohol 5.5% vol.
