Tasting notes
Bright, lively ruby red. Intense, fresh aromas of small red fruit over a lightly spiced background. Structured on the palate, with well-integrated, sweet tannins and a fruity, mineral (graphite), juicy finish.
Pairs well with
Cured meats, boiled meats, roasts, aged cheeses, and rich Italian dishes generally.

- Store the bottle lying down, in the dark, in a cool place; let it rest a few minutes after opening. Ages well for over 10 years.
