Marenco Bollicine

A brut sparkling wine from Chardonnay and Cortese grown at Strevi and Cassine, made with a slow second fermentation and long lees ageing.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow leaning to gold, a lively mousse with a fine-grained perlage. Delicate, floral nose with green apple and citrus. Soft, lively palate with good persistence.

Pairs well with

A refreshing aperitif and celebration wine; pairs with starters and first courses, fish, and Parmigiano. Also worth trying with pizza.
